Mark Penick

Mark Penick serves as the Franchise Owner at HireQuest Inc./Snelling since March 2021 and has held the same position for Link Staffing Services since March 1988, managing operations across a five-county area in Central Texas. With a strong passion for leadership development, Mark previously held the role of VP Operations at Link Staffing, where management of store operations and the hiring, training, and development of managers and operations personnel was paramount. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Leadership from Liberty University (2011-2013) and a BBA in Business, Marketing, and Management from the University of Houston (1976-1983).
