Greg Shuler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Greg is currently the Vice President - HRBP for Global Go To Market, Corporate Development & EMEA at HireRight since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Owner & Director of Greg Shuler International from April 2019 to January 2023. Greg also served as the Workforce Planning and Capacity Lead, Central & Eastern Europe at Publicis Sapient from June 2021 to December 2022. Greg also held the position of Chief People Officer, Worldwide at UAE Exchange from April 2017 to April 2019 and Chief Talent Officer, Middle East and Africa (JWT & Mirum) at J. Walter Thompson Company from March 2014 to March 2017. In addition, they worked at SapientNitro, where they held the roles of Director, People Strategy from October 2011 to March 2014 and Senior Manager, People Strategy from October 2008 to October 2011. Greg has also held various HR and leadership positions from March 1997 to June 2008.

Greg Shuler completed their education with multiple degrees and certifications. In 1992, they attended the US Coast Guard Academy. Following that, they studied at Ohio University from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Communication. In 2000, Greg pursued further education at Newcastle University Business School, where they obtained an MBA in Business Administration. In 2019, they also obtained a certification in "Aaron Dignan on Transformational Change" from LinkedIn.
