James Randall

James Randall has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. James started their career at Xerox as an Account Manager in 2003 and then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Aspire. In 2006, they became a Field Sales Consultant at Ricoh UK (formerly IKON). From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at FiveTen Group. James then joined Thomson Reuters MENA as an International Sales Manager from 2009 to 2011. Subsequently, they worked as a Sales Manager at Direct FN (part of the Mubasher Group) for a short period. In 2011, James became a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Robert Half International before transitioning to eFinancialCareers - part of Dice Holding, where they held the position of Sales Manager - Middle East from 2012 to 2016. Currently, James is employed at HireRight, where they initially worked as a Regional Sales Manager - Middle East and then was promoted to the position of Sales Director - EMEA in 2021.

James Randall attended Bishop Stopfords secondary school from 1991 to 1998. James then went on to study at Newcastle University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences.
