Jim Dammann

Jim Dammann is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the background screening industry. Since January 2019, Jim has been employed at HireRight, the world’s largest provider of background check services, where responsibilities include enhancing background screening programs for organizations. Prior to this role, Jim served as AVP of Sales at General Information Services, Inc., focusing on workforce management and HR solutions. Jim's experience also includes sales roles at Acxiom Information Security Services, where innovative artificial intelligence solutions were introduced, and at Trans Union, primarily selling background screening services. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Long Island University and has received multiple sales awards throughout a successful career.
