Marla Freeman

Marla Freeman has extensive experience in account coordination, customer support, and quality assurance, primarily in the background screening and transportation sectors. Currently serving as an Account Coordinator at HireRight since April 2004, Marla assists the largest transportation account by addressing technical issues and daily needs. Previous roles include Customer Satisfaction III at HireRight, and various positions at USIS from January 2004 to June 2010, where Marla was responsible for criminal background checks, training, and system monitoring. Additional experience includes team lead roles in education and office management, with a focus on project management and quality control in the high-tech manufacturing sector. Marla's career began in human resources and accounts payable at Snappy Car Rental. Marla studied at the University of Oklahoma from 1984 to 1986.
