Phil Britto

Phil Britto, CSM has over 18 years of work experience in various roles. Phil started their career at The Wackenhut Corporation in 2003, where they served as a Research Specialist, conducting background investigations and managing international backgrounds. Phil then became a Team Leader, supervising and training a team of Verification Specialists. In 2004, Phil transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance, responsible for ensuring compliance with client-specific handling rules and conducting training sessions. In 2005, they joined Wackenhut as an Account Manager & Operations Supervisor, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 24/7 call center for Ethics & Compliance Hotline and Exit Interview services. In 2007, Phil joined G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. as a Strategic Bid Manager, successfully securing new business in commercial and government sectors through customized responses to bids. Since 2011, they have been with HireRight, starting as the Manager of Project Engineering and currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office.

Phil Britto, CSM earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Advertising from the University of Florida between 1998 and 2002.
