Samrat Das

Samrat Das has extensive work experience in the operations and management field. Samrat currently serves as the Vice President of Global Operations at HireRight, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Samrat was the Director of Global BPO Operations at HireRight from April 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining HireRight, they worked at Sterling as an Associate Vice President from October 2016 to March 2021. Samrat also worked at First Advantage India, where they held various roles including Director of Sales & Account Management, Associate Vice President, Senior Account Manager, and Senior Manager Operations from May 2011 to October 2016.

Additionally, Samrat worked at Sutherland Global Services as an Operations Manager from 2009 to 2010. Samrat began their career at Accenture as a Team Leader from 2003 to 2005. Overall, Samrat brings a wealth of experience and expertise in global operations and management.
