Keith Coldon

Keith Coldon is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in HR operations and technology, currently serving as Manager of HR Operations & Technology for Discovery Land Company since October 2023. Prior to this role, Keith held positions such as Senior Manager of Business Operations & Strategy at Tend, where organizational development initiatives were led, and Lead of People Reporting & Analytics at Capsule, where foundational reporting structures were established during significant scaling.
