Emma White has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. Currently serving as Head of Home Care at Hireup since April 2019, Emma previously held multiple positions including Strategy & Operations Lead and People Operations & Execution Lead. Prior to Hireup, Emma worked at Cancer Council NSW from November 2011 to April 2019, where achievements included winning the 2017 HRD Innovative HR Awards and the 2017 HR Team of the Year (NFP and Public Sector) at the Australian HR Awards. Emma's earlier professional experience includes roles at the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care and the Australian Department of Health, and a brief tenure at KPMG as an Administrative Assistant. Emma holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Wollongong and a Diploma of Management from Management Consulting International, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Population Health from the University of Wollongong.
