Katya Murphy

Katya Murphy is a seasoned professional currently serving as the National Operations Lead - Support Worker and previously held roles such as Strategy Manager and Strategic Projects Analyst at Hireup since February 2022. Prior to this, Katya spent nearly four years at Boston Consulting Group, starting as an Analyst and advancing to Senior Analyst within the Education, Employment, and Welfare practice, where expertise was provided to case teams and clients. Earlier experience includes a consultant position at Noetic Group, managing projects for various government and not-for-profit clients, as well as roles as a research assistant at Noetic Group that involved supporting business development and conducting research. Katya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from The Australian National University and completed a university exchange program in Political Science and Government at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
