Lliam Caulfield

Lliam Caulfield has extensive experience in public policy and affairs, currently serving as the Head of Public Policy - Workforce at Hireup since September 2019. Lliam's roles at Hireup have included National Lead - Public Affairs, Senior Public Affairs Manager, and Public Affairs Manager. Prior to this, Lliam worked as a Senior Policy Adviser at the Office of the NSW Leader of the Opposition for a brief period in 2019 and held advisory positions within the offices of notable politicians including Penny Sharpe MLC and Mick Veitch MLC. Lliam's career began in public service at the Parliament of NSW and the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW), and Lliam has a master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Sydney and a bachelor's degree in Arts (double major in Philosophy and Environmental Management) from Macquarie University.
