Don Effler

Don Effler has over 8 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. In 2018, they joined Hirewell as the Director of the Technology Practice and Lead Recruiter/Account Manager. In this role, they managed multiple accounts and oversaw Managed Recruitment Programs to help facilitate a faster and more efficient hiring process. Don was also responsible for hands-on recruitment and networking with individuals interested in Data Engineering/Science, Senior Trading Engineering, Fullstack Software Development, UI Engineering/Front End Development, Mobile Development, and Project/Product Management.

In 2020, Don joined Careerwell as an Advisor and Content Creator, helping people become better job seekers.

Prior to that, Don worked at SThree from 2013-2020. During their time there, they held two roles: Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant for Computer Futures and Principal Recruitment Consultant for Huxley Banking and Financial Services. As a Client Relationship Manager, their primary focus was account management and continued development within Huxley's Chicago clientele.

Don began their career in recruitment in 2011 as an Account Manager at BidClerk.

Don Effler received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2010. Don attended the University of Michigan from 2006 to 2010.
