Marlee Shape began their career in 2005 as a Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team Member for USA Gymnastics. In 2009, they joined Lifetime Fitness as a Kids Activities Team Member. In 2014, they became a Full Time Educator and Keyleader at lululemon athletica. In 2016, they joined Addison Group as a Healthcare Consultant, Executive Search and later as a Senior Healthcare Consultant, Executive Search. In 2021, Marlee joined Hirewell as a Sr. Recruiter, then as a Recruiting Program Lead, and most recently as a Recruiting Lead.
Marlee Shape attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, Child and Adolescent Development.
