Ryan Brown

Ryan Brown began their career in 2011 as a Special Events Intern and Game Day Staff for the Cleveland Browns. In 2013, they joined onPeak as an Account Executive. In 2016, they joined The Jacobson Group as a Regional Territory Manager, where they developed client accounts and new business, planned and oversaw innovative client-centric projects, and served as a facilitator to map Jacobson processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvements. In 2021, they joined Hirewell as a Director of the HR, Admin & DEI Practice, where they specialize in Human Resources, DEI, and Administrative recruitment nationwide. Ryan is currently managing a team of two recruiters.

Ryan Brown attended Marietta College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
