Engineers who recruit engineers.

Hiring Humans is a specialist recruitment agency focused exclusively on top-tier AI and engineering talent. Founded by engineers, we understand the difference between a good CV and a great hire. How? Because we've been on both sides of the table.

We partner with startups, scaleups and enterprises to build dream teams. Whether you need a founding ML engineer, a senior project lead, or an entire AI research team - we find the people who move the needle.

What sets us apart:
- No AI matching: Every candidate is hand-picked by engineers who've done the job. No algorithms, no automated pipelines, just people who know what great looks like.
- Engineering-led: We evaluate talent the way a tech lead would and not a keyword matcher.
- AI and engineering only: Deep focus means deeper networks and better candidates.
- Speed without compromise: Top-tier shortlists, fast - because we know what good looks like.

Roles we place:
AI/ML Engineers · AI Researchers · Data Engineers & Scientists · Backend & Platform Engineers · Engineering & Product Managers · CTOs & VP Engineering · Solutions Architects · DevOps/MLOps

Stop wasting cycles on misaligned candidates. Let engineers find your engineers.

For candidates: We don't spam. We reach out when there's a real match. If you're a top engineer looking for your next move, we'd like to hear from you. Reach out to us via https://hiringhumans.agency/candidates
