Raj Dutta

Raj Dutta has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Raj is currently an Investor & Director at SwinkPay Fintech Pvt. Ltd. and Stratemis HR Technologies since 2019 and 2018 respectively. In 2022, they co-founded hiringplug™ and serves as the Co-Founder, Director & CFO.

Prior to their current roles, Raj held several key positions in different organizations. Raj was a Director at Quatrro from 2006, where they played a crucial role in various functions such as Investor Relationship, Fund Raising, Strategy, Organization Building, and leading the Banking and Financial Services verticals. The business grew to a $250 million run rate and employed 15,000 FTEs.

Raj's work experience also includes significant contributions to GENPACT, where they served as Vice President - Hyderabad Operations and Chief Financial Officer. During their tenure, they set up facilities, transitioned processes, and built management teams. Prior to GENPACT, they worked as Vice President - Operations at GE Capital (India), and Manager - Finance at Network Ltd. Raj started their career as an Executive - Finance & MIS at Jubilant Organosys.

Raj Dutta obtained their CA degree in Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
