Eric D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eric co-founded BlueOwl, LLC, a subsidiary of State Farm, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Growth and later as the Co-founder & Senior Vice President of Marketing & CX. Eric also worked as the Vice President of Growth at HiRoad, another subsidiary of State Farm.

Prior to these roles, Eric worked at State Farm in different capacities, including as the LDA - Corporate Executive and in Enterprise Digital Strategy. Eric was also involved in co-founding Crowdswell, a platform for hyper-local cause marketing initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Eric served as the Director of Digital at Magner Sanborn and was responsible for all digital activities. Eric also had experience in digital consulting and startups.

Eric's work experience also extends to Constellis, where they worked on Special Projects - Digital and served as a Regional Account Manager for North America.

Before that, they held a leadership position at Pinnacle Corp. as the National Director of Marketing & Business Development, overseeing a team and driving marketing and business development initiatives.

Eric began their career as a Marketing Analyst/Coordinator at Hilton and also worked as a Consumer Protection Analyst at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General.

Eric D. has a diverse education history that spans multiple years and fields of study. Eric began their education at Valley Christian School, but the duration of their enrollment is unknown. Later, Eric attended Gonzaga University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Philosophy.

In 2009, Eric enrolled in two institutions simultaneously. Eric studied International Marketing at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing & Business at Boston University MET International, completing it in 2011.

Continuing their pursuit of further education, Eric recently completed the Chief Marketing Officer Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a program in Executive Education that began in 2022.

Alongside their formal education, Eric has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the Advanced Growth Strategy program at Reforge. Furthermore, they hold certifications in Interactive Design & Development from NHLC and UX/Usability Analyst from Human Factors International, although the specific dates of completion are unknown.
