With a career that began in healthcare as an Administrative Assistant, Monét has rapidly advanced to key HR roles, including HR Director and Recruitment Supervisor, showcasing proven leadership and a passion for organizational development. They are also the owner of HR Mystique, a consulting firm dedicated to providing neutral HR advice. Monét holds a Master of Health Care Administration from Texas Woman's University and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the same institution.
