Ryan Olson

Ryan Olson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Specialist at HiRoad since August 2022, Ryan previously worked at State Farm ® for nearly a decade, managing complex liability claims and providing support in auto insurance loss reporting. Ryan’s career began in customer service at ACS, a Xerox Company, where responsibilities included assisting Verizon Wireless customers, and at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where roles included sales and coordination of freight operations. Ryan holds an Associate in Arts and Science degree from Tacoma Community College and attended the University of Washington for further education.
