Edy Donis has extensive experience in technical support and engineering management, currently serving as the IGS Engineering Support Manager at Identiv since February 1998. In this role, Edy manages and provides onsite and remote technical support, oversees complex technical tasks for clients, and acts as a Trusted Advisor. Responsibilities include hands-on involvement in field activities such as installation, configuration, training, and troubleshooting, while ensuring customer satisfaction with Identiv systems. Edy previously held the position of Technical Services Manager at AMAG Technology in 2010 and worked as an Inside Sales/Pre-Sales Engineer. Edy completed education at California State University, Fullerton from 1996 to 1998.
