John Ivins

John Ivins is a Vice President, Partner, and Attorney at Hirschler Fleischer, where they focus on healthcare and real estate disputes. They have extensive experience in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and mediations/arbitrations, and serve as a Hearing Officer and mediator for medical staff matters nationwide. After completing a clerkship at the Virginia Supreme Court, John has spent their entire legal career at Hirschler, also teaching advanced trial practice as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Richmond. They hold a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry from the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, along with other academic pursuits in communication and international law.
