Stephen Leach

Stephen Leach is a Senior Business Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights Attorney and Advisor with over 40 years of experience representing financially challenged businesses and their creditors. Previously, Leach served as a partner at multiple prestigious firms, including Zuckerman Spaeder LLP and Tucker Flyer, P.C., and co-chaired the business bankruptcy and creditors' rights practice at Leach Travell pc. Leach is currently a partner at Hirschler Fleischer and has been an adjunct professor of Bankruptcy Law at the Washington College of Law for 22 years. They also currently serve on the DC Bankruptcy Court panel of mediators, having held roles as a bankruptcy trustee and instructor in Creditors' Rights. Leach graduated magna cum laude from Yale University and earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
