Ben Luria

Ben Luria is the CEO and Co-Founder of a stealth-mode startup company called Hirundo. Ben is also the Chairman and Founder of a nonprofit organization named ScholarsIL, aimed at increasing access to international higher education for young Israelis. Ben previously co-founded and served as the CEO of a fintech startup called Worqly. Ben has also worked as a Visiting Fellow for Innovation and Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. Additionally, Ben has experience working as a policy analyst on the COVID-19 Government Response Tracker at the University of Oxford. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Ben served in the Israel Defense Forces and held various leadership roles. Ben holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
