Michael Gharby

Michael Gharby is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Sales Representative and Application Engineer at Hisco, Inc. since April 2021. Responsibilities include managing machinery and tooling qualifications, estimating project RFQs, and ensuring compliance with ISO13485 requirements through internal audits and SOP management. Previously, at Shurtape Technologies, LLC, as a Project/Design Control Engineer, Michael managed Design History Files, led new product development efforts, and coordinated internal audits for ISO compliance. As a Process Engineer, Michael optimized processes and generated reports for supply chain management. Michael’s early career included roles as an IT and MIS Analyst and a Civil Engineer Intern, alongside a strong educational background with an MBA from Saint Leo University and a BS in Physics from Stetson University.
