Adele Robertson

Adele Robertson currently serves as the Head of Propositions at Hiscox, overseeing the development of both new and existing propositions for Hiscox UK since October 2023. Prior to this role, Adele spent nearly 19 years at Barclays, where responsibilities included the development of the UK Transformation Strategy as the Transformation, Strategy & Planning Director, alongside various leadership roles such as Director of Insurance Propositions and Senior Proposition Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Barclaycard, where Adele held roles including Contact Centre Demand Manager and participated in the Barclaycard Graduate Programme. Adele holds a BA Hons in Economics from Lancaster University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
