Amy Shepherd

Amy Shepherd (Callaghan) currently serves as a People Delivery Lead and Organisational Design and Development Specialist at Hiscox, starting in January 2024. Previously, Amy held the role of HR Business Partner at Santander UK from March 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included shaping the people agenda across various customer-facing business areas. Prior to that, Amy spent nearly nine years at Barclays in multiple HR roles, including HR Business Manager and HR Business Partner, where key achievements involved managing HR work streams for transformation programs and complex employee relations cases. Amy holds a Master's Degree in Public Relations from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
