Eka Gvimradze has a background in HR analytics, talent management, and diversity and inclusion, with extensive experience across various roles in prominent organizations. They began their career as a freelancer translator from 2010 to 2012 before progressing to an HR Business Partner role at BAT from 2013 to 2015. Eka then held several leadership positions, including Global Talent Reporting & Insights Executive and Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Lead. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Hiscox, a position they have held since 2025. Eka earned a Master’s degree in Political Science and Journalism from Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ilia State University.
