Gemma Applegate

Gemma Applegate has over 16 years of experience at Hiscox, currently serving as Business Manager in the Group CUO Office and previously holding the position of Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Underwriting Officer. In this role, Gemma provides support to the CUO office and manages a team of four. Additional responsibilities have included acting as Group Project Coordinator, where Gemma collaborated with the Group Reinsurance and Modelling teams, and providing maternity cover as PA to the Group CEO. Previous positions include PA roles supporting the UK CUO, Sales Director, and Underwriting Manager, as well as the PSC Team and Underwriting Manager.
