Ian Mitchell has extensive experience in IT service management and technical consulting, currently serving as the IT Service Management Leader - Application at Hiscox since December 2008. Prior to this role, Ian worked as a Technical Consultant at Bytes Technology Group from 2004 to November 2008 and held similar positions at Plato Computer Services and Natwest Bank from 1997 to 2004.
