Ian Smith has over two decades of experience in the technology and engineering sectors. Since July 2010, Ian has served as the Head of Engineering and Project Manager at Hiscox. Prior to this, Ian held the role of IT Programme Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland from January 2005 to March 2010, while also managing programmes at RBS Insurance within the same timeframe. Ian's career began as an Analyst Programmer at Lombard Tricity Finance from 1996 to 1998.
