Jason Bell

Jason Bell is currently working as the Head of Learning and Development Delivery Excellence at Hiscox. Prior to this, Jason was the Head of Global Learning Academies at Sonoco. Jason has a background in managing and leading learning and development departments in various companies, including Hitachi Capital and Wescot Credit Services. Jason is dedicated to creating standardized and best practice approaches to L&D, building international relationships, and improving customer experience in the finance sector. Jason holds a Certificate in Learning and Development Practice from The University of Manchester.
