Laura Eardley

Laura Eardley has over 18 years of experience in finance and business systems support, currently serving as the Head of Finance Business Systems Support at Hiscox since September 2006. In this role, Laura manages a Centre of Excellence team focused on the implementation and operation of the Oracle platform, ensuring effective collaboration with IT for system upgrades and developments. Previous positions at Hiscox included Workstream Lead for FP&A on a Finance Transformation Project, where Laura oversaw transformation initiatives impacting FP&A, and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where Laura enhanced strategic capabilities with a new forecasting model. Additional roles encompassed financial control, budget management, and finance team leadership. Laura's earlier career includes positions at Marsh, ANTHONY RUSSEL LIMITED, Electronic Packaging Systems Ltd, and GBN Associates Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and an ACCA in Accountancy.
