Laura Shaw

Laura Shaw has over two decades of experience in the insurance sector, predominantly at Hiscox, where various leadership roles have included Head of Digital Trading, Head of eTrade, and Head of Underwriting Standards since November 2011. Previous positions at Hiscox encompass Underwriting and Product Change Manager, Portfolio Underwriting Project Manager, Product Design Authority, and Schemes Regional Manager, having initially served as Hiscox Underwriting Centre Manager and Senior HNW Development Underwriter from December 1999 to December 2010. Prior experience also includes a role as an underwriter at Zurich Bristol from 2000 to 2001. Laura Shaw holds a degree from the University of Surrey, earned between 1993 and 1996.
