Luis Costa

Luis Costa is currently the Europe Head of FP&A at Hiscox, where they lead a team to navigate the complexities of Brexit and the Finance Transformation Programme. Previously, Luis held various financial roles, including Auditor at Ernst & Young, Controlling Assistant at DHL, and Country Controller at Carphone Warehouse. Their extensive experience in finance and business planning allowed them to enhance reporting processes and establish key stakeholder relationships throughout their career. Luis earned a degree in Business Management from Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa, which laid the foundation for their successful career in finance.
