Michael Gloster

Michael Gloster serves as the Head of Group Enterprise Risk Management at Hiscox since June 2022. Previously, Michael held the position of Head of Operational Risk & Corporate Governance at NFU Mutual, where responsibilities included designing and implementing the Group Risk Management Framework. Michael also served as the Head of Risk Reporting at Quilter, overseeing internal and external risk reporting. Prior roles include Risk Management Specialist at Prudential plc, Independent Risk Review contractor at BHSF LIMITED, and Senior Manager in Financial Services Risk Advisory at Ernst & Young. Michael's career began at The Phoenix Group, where roles included Head of Risk and other financial risk management positions. Michael earned a BA in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
