Currently serving as Head of Platform Delivery at Hiscox, they lead key projects across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. Previously, they held pivotal roles at companies including Purplebricks and RSA, where they successfully directed numerous complex strategic change programmes. Pete has a strong background in bridging the gap between business and IT, with a focus on implementing strategic change initiatives and improving operational efficiency. They earned a First Class Honours degree in Philosophy from the University of Birmingham and a Master's degree in Philosophy from the University of York.
