Tom Clements

Tom Clements is a seasoned data and insights analyst with extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as a Senior Data & Insights Analyst at Hiscox since August 2012. In this role, Tom is part of a small team that specializes in claims support and analytics across various markets, including Retail in the UK, Europe, and the US, as well as Reinsurance and the Lloyd’s Market. Tom previously worked as a Capital Modelling Analyst, focusing on regulatory capital requirements and delivering critical analysis under tight deadlines. Tom began professional experience as a Finance Undergraduate at Balfour Beatty Workplace during a six-week summer internship. Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Portsmouth, which was obtained from 2009 to 2012.
