Eric Hiser

Eric Hiser is an experienced environmental attorney and the owner/partner at Hiser Joy and Jorden Hiser & Joy, PLC, since March 2004. In this role, Eric Hiser directs a team of five environmental attorneys, offering services in environmental compliance, permitting advice, audit support, and litigation. Previously, Eric Hiser served as a senior environmental partner at Jorden Bischoff & Hiser, PLC until July 2016, and as the lead regulatory compliance attorney at von Oppenfeld, Hiser & Freeze from 1998 to 2004. Eric Hiser holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and an M.A. in Forestry & Environmental Studies from Duke University, as well as an A.B. in Classical Civilizations, Greek, and International Relations from Wabash College.
