Chris, Changze Liu 刘长泽 is currently the Director of Hisilicon Research at Hisilicon, where they focus on advanced logic, memory, and 3DIC. Previously, Chris served as President and CEO of Huawei Technologies Research and Development Belgium NV, overseeing semiconductor process and device R&D from 2020 to 2025. Their experience also includes roles as a Senior Engineer at Samsung Electronics from 2013 to 2017, specializing in FEOL/BEOL/SRAM/Product HTOL reliability, and as a Technical Expert at Huawei between 2017 and 2020. Chris began their career as a Guest Researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, researching future CMOS and its reliability from 2011 to 2012. They earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Peking University from 2008 to 2013.
