š I support the design, development and implementation of the offers and products of the HiSolution group: Managed Service Provider, leader in ICT solutions. Every day I research market requirements and scout for functional requirements with a view to Quality Function Deployment and Design Thinking to create valuable customer experiences with our integrated services.
ā I have been Marketing Project Manager in many corporate contexts and as a consultant. I have overseen multiple aspects of online and offline marketing strategy and led the change of visionary companies from the ālead generationā paradigm to the more value-centric ādemand generationā paradigm.
ā As Product Marketing Manager and Product Manager I conceived and engineered the first management training event in Italy, totally online, at Covid-19 time. Not a simple live Zoom/Teams but an event with 3D scenarios, external contributions, and online exercises for over 48 hours of training. With expertise in Value Proposition Design and MVP logic, the challenge turned out to be an opportunity and a success in terms of audience and business.
ā I took part in the Italian launch of a top player in sharing mobility and as product marketing manager I also took care of the visual communication aspects in the go-to-market phase. The application of Design Thinking and Blue Ocean methodologies contributed to the realization of an effective and complete product roadmap.
ā The experiences in launching products/services such as SaaS, edutainment platforms, and training have increasingly motivated me in the search for the customer's real needs and the Job to Be Done to achieve successful business.
