Sofía Barboza

Sofía Barboza is an Ocean Manager at Hispanic Access Foundation, where Sofía manages projects for sustainable management of ocean resources. Sofía has previous experience working as a Global Community Manager at Sustainable Ocean Alliance, a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, and as a Social Media Manager for Students Against Covid-19. Sofía also worked as a Graduate Consultant at Kenya Red Cross and as a Graduate Research Assistant at International Research Institute for Climate and Society, Earth Institute, Columbia University. Sofía holds a Master's Degree in Climate and Society from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from University of Pittsburgh.
