Tracy McCarty

Tracy McCarty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and proposal management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Business Development at HCN since July 2021, Tracy previously held the position of Proposals and Communications Manager at SeeWriteHear, LLC., where responsibilities included managing the full proposal life cycle for federal and SLED RFPs. Additionally, Tracy worked as Director of Business Development at La Red Hispana/HCN and managed the statewide grants process at Special Olympics Arizona, Inc. Tracy's career began as an Event Coordinator at the Arizona Small Business Association and included a role as Development Specialist II at Birth 2 Three. Tracy studied at Glendale Community College from 1987 to 1989.
