Merald Ayson

Merald Ayson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Merald began their career at Luen Thai Holdings Limited as a Production Engineer in 2017. Merald then moved on to work as a Business Support Specialist and later as a Business Support Officer at the same company. In 2018, they became a Corporate Development Officer, providing comprehensive business support to senior management. Merald worked in this role until 2021.

In 2013, Merald started working as a freelancer on Upwork, offering a range of digital services to international clients. Merald then joined Sun Life in 2020 as a Licensed Financial Advisor, where they provided guidance and advice to clients on various financial matters. Merald was also a Unit Manager at Sun Life, overseeing operations and mentoring new financial advisors.

Currently, Merald Ayson is working at Hit Your Mark as the Head of Client Support and TechOps. Merald'sresponsibilities include managing business support operations, overseeing research and development initiatives, and maximizing success for both clients and team members. Prior to this role, they worked at Hit Your Mark as a Web Developer and Digital Marketer, utilizing their expertise in web development, content creation, and data analytics to optimize clients' digital strategies.

Merald Ayson holds a Graduate Certificate in Data Science and Analytics from the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), which was obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University, graduating from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, Merald has obtained certifications such as the Certified Wealth and Estate Planner (CWP/CEPP) from the Wealth Management Center for Communications and Research Inc. in 2022, the Licensed Financial Advisor certification from the Philippine Insurance Commission in 2021, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in 2020.
