Mary Andersen, CCP, CBP has over 17 years of experience in compensation and benefits management. Mary is currently the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc., where they oversee global compensation in multiple countries. Prior to this, Mary worked as a Compensation Manager at MV Transportation and Whataburger, where they developed compensation structures and incentive plans, ensured compliance with laws, and managed benefit programs. Mary also served as a Senior Compensation Manager at Toshiba America Medical Systems, where they handled all aspects of compensation and was involved in implementing various HR systems. Mary's expertise lies in designing competitive compensation programs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Mary Andersen, CCP, CBP holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Management from California State University, Fullerton. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional and a Certified Benefits Professional from WorldatWork in 2006 and 2019, respectively.
