Charles Head

Charles Head has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Charles worked at Hitachi Solutions America as the Vice President of Customer Success starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Client Services Director at the same company from September 2019 to March 2022. Before joining Hitachi, Charles was the President of Grey Dog IT, LLC since July 2008. Charles also worked as a Client Partner at DXC Technology from December 2018 to June 2019. In addition, Charles held the position of VP, Head of Services Delivery at I.B.I.S., Inc. from October 2014 to August 2018. Charles started their career at Applied Technology Resources, Inc. in October 1999, where they worked as the EVP Systems and Co-Owner, focusing on building the network and communications infrastructure and growing the IT consulting group. Charles also worked as a Consultant at Prommis Solutions and UTLS Default Services.

Charles Head obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. In addition, they have earned certifications such as Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in February 2021 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2013.
