Robert (Bob) Bowman has over 30 years of extensive experience in technology and operations management. Currently serving as SRE and Service Desk Manager at Hitachi Vantara since November 2017, Robert has previously held significant roles including Director of Operations and Development Manager at RealNetworks, and Senior Software Engineer at WiderThan Americas. Early career experience includes positions at Ztango, IBM Global Services, AT&T, and service in the US Army as Sergeant E-5P. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
