Umar Farook

Umar Farook is a Senior Consultant at Hitachi Vantara, specializing in UI and Front-End Development since August 2019. Umar possesses extensive experience in Agile/Scrum processes and has worked on web content management projects using AEM in a Java environment. Skills include responsive web development with technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, and Redux. Prior to Hitachi Vantara, Umar served as an Application Development Team Lead at Accenture, focusing on front-end development with similar tech stacks, and began a career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, where website design was a primary responsibility. Umar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Bapatla Engineering College, completed in 2011.
