Hiroga Kozai

Hiroga Kozai is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the technology and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Chairman at JR Automation and Flexware Innovation, and as President of Hitachi Industrial Holdings America since April 2020, Hiroga Kozai oversees the North American strategy for Hitachi Connective Industries, based in Chicago. Prior roles include Senior Director at Hitachi, where Hiroga Kozai was responsible for the Industrial Sector strategy, and Director at Hitachi Consulting, focusing on social innovation projects. Previous experience also includes managerial positions in global sales operations and business management within Hitachi and its subdivisions, emphasizing expertise in HDDs and IT infrastructure. Hiroga Kozai holds a degree from Osaka City University, obtained in 1997.
