Pawan Kumar has over 18 years of extensive experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. They served as Head of Talent Management, Learning & Development, and OD at Bajaj Auto Finance from 2012 to 2017, and then held a similar position at Landmark Group from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Pawan works at Hitachi as Lead for HR Ops, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Global Mobility since 2021. They hold two MBA degrees, one from Durham University Business School and another from Symbiosis International University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from BIT Mesra Ranchi.
