Simon Ninan

Simon Ninan currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy & Growth for Hitachi Vantara's Digital Infrastructure business, where responsibilities include defining a transformative vision for the transition to Hybrid Cloud infrastructure. In addition, Simon holds the position of Vice President and Senior Program Leader within Hitachi's Corporate Planning Office, focusing on global strategic planning. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Partner and Strategy & Transformation Leader at Monitor Deloitte, where Simon led significant growth initiatives in the Hi-Tech and Telecommunications sectors, and as Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte’s US-India Strategy & Operations division. Simon's early career features roles at Genpact and ISRO, highlighting expertise in business development, analytics, and satellite systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Master of Business Administration from KU Leuven, and a Bachelor of Engineering from RV College of Engineering, complemented by a Business Ethics Certificate from Cornell University.
